Posting Policy

Introduction
Welcome to AdListo. This Posting Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules and guidelines for all content posted on AdListo L.L.C.’s websites – including AdListo.com, AdListo.us, and AdListo.ca – as well as any AdListo mobile applications (“the Sites”). By posting any listing, advertisement, or content on our platform, you (“user” or “poster”) agree to comply with this Policy in full. These rules are designed to maintain a safe, lawful, and fair marketplace in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the United States and Canada. Failure to adhere may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal consequences. This Policy supplements our Terms of Use and other legal agreements; in the event of any conflict, this Policy will govern issues specifically related to user postings. AdListo reserves the right to interpret and enforce this Policy at our sole discretion.

Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance:
AdListo operates in and serves users across the U.S. and Canada, and we endeavor to ensure our platform conforms to the laws of both jurisdictions. All users must obey all applicable federal, state/provincial, and local laws when using our service. If you are accessing or posting on our Sites from outside the U.S. or Canada, you are still solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with this Policy as well as any local laws in your region. To the maximum extent permitted by law in the United States and Canada, AdListo disclaims liability for user postings that violate local laws – the onus is on you to post only permissible content. By using AdListo, you consent to the application of United States and Canadian law to your postings. (For example, a posting on AdListo.ca must adhere to Canadian law, while a posting on AdListo.com must adhere to U.S. law, in addition to the rules in this Policy.) If you have any doubt about whether your content is legal or appropriate, do not post it. When in doubt, seek legal advice – you are responsible for understanding and following the laws that apply to you.

User Eligibility and Responsibilities
Minimum Age:
To create an account or post content on AdListo, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your province/state) or else have the direct supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By posting, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to form binding contracts to sell, buy, or advertise goods and services. We do not knowingly allow minors to independently post or transact on our platform; any accounts found to be used by unsupervised minors may be removed.

Account Integrity:
You are responsible for all content posted through your AdListo account. Create a strong password and keep your account information secure. Do not share your account or transfer it to others. Impersonation of other individuals or entities, or misrepresenting your affiliation, is strictly prohibited. Each user should generally maintain only one account; creating multiple accounts to bypass posting limits or other policies is not allowed and may lead to suspension of all related accounts. When posting, use the account that accurately reflects your identity or business. AdListo values transparency and trust in our community, so misleading identities or false contact information are forbidden. You agree that all details you provide (name, contact info, location, etc.) are truthful and up-to-date. Misrepresentation of your location or item location (for example, posting an item in a city or country different from where it’s actually located) is not allowed, as it can deceive other users. Always post in the correct geographic area and category that best fits your listing.

General Posting Requirements:
Every ad or listing must be placed in an appropriate category and region, and must be for a bona fide, legal purpose. Postings should include a clear, honest description of the item or service offered, the price (if applicable), and any material terms or conditions. Do not make unverifiable or exaggerated claims. All listings must be written in English (or French if on the Canadian site, when applicable) unless otherwise specified, and should be understandable and reasonably complete. Incomplete ads (e.g., no description or contact info) or those written in a way that is unintelligible to most users may be removed. We recommend avoiding ALL CAPS and excessive punctuation which can be viewed as spammy. Your postings should also respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of others (details on this below).

By posting content on AdListo, you warrant and represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post that content (including any text, images, photos, logos, or videos), and that doing so will not infringe on the rights of any third party (such as copyright, trademark, or privacy rights). You also agree that AdListo may reproduce, display, and distribute your posted content in connection with operating the platform (for example, to display your ad to other users, or in promotional materials), consistent with our Terms of Use. You remain the owner of your content, but you give us a license to use it for these purposes. Please note that all user postings are public – do not include sensitive personal information (like social security numbers, credit card numbers, account passwords, or health information) in any post. Any personal information you choose to include will be visible to others, so provide contact details thoughtfully (we encourage using AdListo’s messaging system to communicate safely). You may not post another person’s personal data (such as their phone number, email, physical address, full name, photographs, etc.) without their explicit consent. Posting personal information about someone else as a means of harassment or doxing is strictly forbidden.

Prohibited Items and Services
For everyone’s safety and to comply with U.S. and Canadian laws, certain goods and services may NOT be advertised on AdListo under any circumstances. The following is a non-exhaustive list of prohibited items and services that are not allowed on our Sites (including in the content of your listing, title, description, or images). AdListo reserves the right to remove any listing advertising these items/services and to ban the user account. Do not post content that falls into or relates to these categories:

  • Illegal Products or Activities:
Any goods whose sale or distribution is illegal under applicable law are strictly forbidden. This includes (but is not limited to) illegal drugs and controlled substances (e.g. narcotics, cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, non-prescription steroids, etc.), drug paraphernalia, and prescription medications or medical devices being sold without a valid prescription or license. You may not advertise marijuana/cannabis or related products on AdListo, even if legal in your state or country, unless you are explicitly licensed and it is lawful to do so in the target jurisdiction – as a general rule, cannabis, CBD, THC products, and any other controlled substances are prohibited on our platform. Offers to engage in illegal activities, such as hacking services, identity theft, forgery, or selling counterfeit currency or official documents (e.g. fake IDs, passports, diplomas, social security cards) are strictly banned. Content that solicits unlawful conduct or instructs others on how to commit illegal acts is also disallowed. Remember: if it’s illegal offline, it’s illegal to advertise on AdListo.
  • Stolen or Otherwise Unauthorized Goods:
You must not post ads for any property that you do not have the legal right to sell. This includes stolen property (if you are not the rightful owner, it’s illegal to sell it) and property obtained by theft, fraud, or other crimes. We cooperate with law enforcement and will remove listings – and potentially report users – offering suspected stolen goods. We also prohibit sales of items that you are under a contractual or legal obligation not to sell (for example, company equipment that must be returned to an employer, or items subject to a lien or lease that forbids resale). Software or digital accounts that are not transferrable or that violate license terms (such as selling your gaming or streaming service accounts where forbidden by the provider) are not allowed. Likewise, you may not sell access to accounts (social media, gaming, etc.) or any hacked or stolen data on AdListo.
  • Weapons, Firearms, and Hazardous Materials:
    Firearms and ammunition
of all types are prohibited for posting on AdListo. This includes handguns, rifles, shotguns, BB guns, pellet/air guns, paintball guns that closely resemble real guns, etc., as well as firearm parts, silencers/suppressors, and ammunition or reloading materials (primers, gunpowder). We also prohibit listings for explosives, fireworks, and other destructive devices, as well as bomb-making materials or instructions. Bladed weapons (like certain knives, switchblades, swords) and tasers/stun guns may be restricted or disallowed depending on local laws – generally, any weapon whose sale is illegal in at least one of our major jurisdictions (U.S. or Canada) should not be posted. Military ordnance, grenades, or any replicas that could be mistaken for real firearms are also banned. If you are unsure whether a weapon is allowed, do not post it. In addition, poisonous, toxic, or hazardous chemicals or materials (for example, industrial chemicals not freely sold to the public, or substances like pesticides banned by law, mercury, asbestos, etc.) are not allowed. Fuel (gasoline, propane, etc.) and firearms accessories (holsters, scopes) that are legal may be permitted, but anything that is an integral controlled part of a weapon (like a firearm receiver) is not. Due to varying laws, we currently disallow all firearm sales on our platform outright for safety and compliance.
  • Explosives and Destructive Devices:
Apart from firearms, any items intended to explode or which are explosive in nature are banned. This includes commercial explosives, dynamite, grenades, bombs, mines, and similar devices. Fireworks and pyrotechnics are not permitted to be sold or given away on AdListo either, even if legal in some jurisdictions, due to safety concerns and varying regulations. Similarly, ammunition and reloading components (like black powder, primers) are disallowed. Posts attempting to purchase such items are also forbidden.
  • Adult Sexual Services and Obscene Content:
AdListo strictly prohibits any posting that offers or solicits sexual services, prostitution, escort services, or any form of sex trafficking. Content that facilitates prostitution or commercial sex is illegal and not protected by law; under U.S. law (FOSTA-SESTA), websites can be held liable for allowing such content. and under Canadian law (Bill C-36) it is a crime to advertise someone else’s sexual services justice.gc.cajustice.gc.ca. Therefore, any ad suggesting sexual acts for money or other compensation is banned. Do not attempt to circumvent this by using suggestive coded language or “dating” ads that are really offering paid sex – such listings will be removed. We also ban any material that is pornographic or obscene in nature. This includes images, videos, or descriptions of explicit sexual acts. You may not post pornography, offers for pornographic performances, or any fetish content that violates obscenity laws. Nude images in an artistic or non-sexual context (such as for modeling) may be permitted only if allowed by law and appropriately categorized, but generally we advise against posting any nudity to avoid misinterpretation. Absolutely no child sexual content or anything exploitative is tolerated – any such content will be removed and reported to law enforcement immediately. Likewise, do not post bestiality or necrophilia content – those are strictly illegal and banned. AdListo is not a personals or dating service; “casual encounters” or similar personals-style ads are not permitted. Romantic dating posts unconnected to prostitution might be allowed in “Community” categories if they are purely personal and rated G/PG, but sexual or erotic posts of any kind are forbidden.
  • Child Exploitation:
Any content that even appears to sexualize minors, exploit children, or trade in child pornography is categorically banned. This includes photos or videos of minors in sexually suggestive poses, offers to arrange meetings with minors, etc. We have zero tolerance – we will remove and report any such content to the proper authorities without exception. Additionally, postings about babysitting or childcare services must be legitimate; any indication of trafficking or exploitation will be acted upon. Protecting children’s safety is paramount.
  • Human Remains or Body Parts:
You may not sell or trade in human organs, body parts, human remains, or fluids. This includes blood, sperm, organs for transplant, bones, or any medical specimens. It is illegal to buy or sell organs and many human tissues in both the U.S. and Canada. Similarly, listings for surrogacy for payment or human adoption (offering or seeking to adopt a child for money) are not allowed on AdListo – these are highly regulated or illegal activities and cannot be facilitated through classified ads.
  • Endangered or Regulated Wildlife and Animal Products:
The sale of any endangered species or any parts thereof (such as ivory, rhino horn, tiger pelts, shark fins, turtle shells, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Both U.S. and Canadian laws (and international law via CITES) ban trafficking in endangered wildlife. You also may not sell any animals or animal parts whose sale is illegal, such as certain exotic pets or invasive species. Ivory products, fur from endangered animals, or products made from protected wildlife are forbidden. Hunting trophies of protected animals and taxidermy of protected species are not allowed. We also prohibit listings for pets or animals that are illegal to own or sell in the jurisdiction (for example, certain reptiles, primates, or dog breeds where banned). If you are selling a live animal (allowed only if legal and in compliance with local animal welfare laws), you must follow all relevant regulations (e.g., age of the animal, required vaccinations). Note that some jurisdictions restrict or ban the sale of certain pets (like puppies under a certain age, or any pets in certain classifieds), so ensure you comply with local rules. Animal fighting paraphernalia or services (e.g. anything to do with dog fighting, cockfighting) are absolutely banned, as these are illegal and cruel.
  • Firearms and Weapons Services:
In addition to items themselves, you cannot offer services related to illegal weapons. For example, you may not post ads offering to make, modify or convert firearms in illegal ways (such as converting semi-automatic guns to fully automatic), or offering gunsmith services that violate laws. You also cannot offer to 3D-print gun parts or distribute 3D gun blueprints via AdListo. Explosive device instructions or kits are similarly banned.
  • Counterfeit and Unauthorized Goods:
AdListo does not allow the sale of counterfeit, pirated, or fraudulent items. This includes counterfeit designer goods (fake handbags, watches, branded clothing with a falsified label), replica electronics intended to mislead, or any unauthorized knock-offs of trademarked products. Sales of pirated media – such as bootleg DVDs, pirated software, cracked video games, modded consoles with pirated games, or devices intended to unlawfully access subscription TV (like “jailbroken” streaming devices preloaded with pirated content) – are forbidden. You also may not post product keys or licenses for software that are unauthorized or obtained in violation of license agreements. Mod chips or hacking tools for piracy are disallowed. In general, if an item violates intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent) of someone else or is not authentic, it cannot be listed. For example, selling “Gucci” bags that are not made by Gucci is a violation and such ads will be removed. Even if you explicitly say “replica” or “fake,” it’s not permitted because it still encourages the sale of counterfeit goods. Likewise, offering copied textbooks, bootleg music recordings, or any other unlicensed copies is not allowed.
  • Lottery and Gambling Items:
You may not sell lottery tickets or entries, or promote gambling services that are not legal and licensed. This includes raffle tickets, sports betting services, online casino accounts, or any gambling device if prohibited by law. In many places, unlicensed lotteries or games of chance are illegal, so they cannot be facilitated through our platform. Casino chips or coins can be sold only as collectibles (with no real gambling value). “Pull tab” or raffle ticket resales, or any get-rich-quick gambling schemes are prohibited. Additionally, you cannot post referrals or affiliate links to online gambling sites.
  • Tobacco, E-Cigarettes, and Drug Paraphernalia:
The advertisement or sale of tobacco products (including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco) or nicotine e-cigarettes/vapes is not permitted on AdListo. We also prohibit listings for components primarily intended for use with tobacco or controlled substances, such as bongs, pipes, vaporizers, rolling papers or other drug paraphernalia. Nicotine-free vape liquid might be legal, but due to difficulty in verification, we disallow all vape products. In Canada, nicotine vaping products are regulated and cannot be freely advertised; similarly in the U.S., online tobacco/vape sales have legal restrictions. To keep it simple: no tobacco or nicotine-related listings at all. Offers to buy tobacco for someone or trade it are also banned.
  • Alcohol: The sale of alcoholic beverages is generally not allowed on AdListo, as it’s heavily regulated (age restrictions, licensing, etc.). You cannot post an ad selling liquor, beer, wine, or moonshine unless you are a licensed seller following legal requirements (which typically isn’t done via classifieds). Collectible alcoholic items (like a vintage bottle of wine or whiskey) might be allowed for collection purposes only in some jurisdictions, but due to legal complexity, we advise against posting any alcohol. Absolutely no sale of home-distilled spirits (which is illegal) or any controlled alcohol products. If you post in a barter context (trading wine collections, etc.), be aware we may remove it if it appears to be an unlicensed sale. It is also illegal in Canada and many U.S. states to ship alcohol without a license, so such transactions on our platform are impermissible.
  • Prescription Drugs, Medical Devices, and Health Products:
You cannot post ads offering prescription medications (like antibiotics, painkillers, antidepressants, etc.) unless you are a licensed pharmacy or authorized reseller following all applicable laws (and even then, online classified ads are generally not an acceptable channel for such sales). Prescription drugs are strictly regulated and may only be dispensed by licensed entities – any other sale is illegal. Likewise, advertising medical devices or supplies that require a prescription (e.g., contact lenses, CPAP machines with prescription, hearing aids not over-the-counter) is prohibited unless you are authorized. Vaccines, unapproved supplements, or any substance making health claims that are not legally approved cannot be sold. Be wary of posting herbal supplements or diet pills with exaggerated claims – those could violate laws if considered misleading or containing banned substances. If you are selling non-prescription over-the-counter medicines, ensure it’s legal (some OTC drugs in one country might be prescription in another). In general, no ads for medications, and no medical services by unlicensed individuals.
  • Medical and Healthcare Services:
Services that involve medical or therapeutic treatment must only be offered by qualified, licensed professionals. You may not advertise medical treatments, surgeries, or therapies if you are not properly licensed to provide them. For example, a licensed massage therapist or chiropractor can advertise their services (in the Services category) if they include credentials, but someone offering “medical cures” or injections without a license is illegal. Cosmetic procedures like Botox injections, surgical enhancements, etc., cannot be offered except by licensed medical practitioners. Additionally, any miracle cure or health service that is likely fraudulent (e.g., “guaranteed cancer cure with herbs”) is prohibited as it can be deceptive and dangerous.
  • Human Services that are Illegal or Unethical:
Some services are not necessarily illegal by statute but are against our policies for ethical or safety reasons. For example, ads offering academic cheating services (writing term papers, taking exams on someone’s behalf) are not allowed. Fake reference letters or fake reviews/testimonials services are also disallowed. Similarly, you cannot advertise hitman services (obviously illegal!), fraudulent financial schemes, or any service that facilitates wrongdoing (like someone offering to hack into accounts, create counterfeit money/documents, etc.). Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing (MLM) opportunities must be clearly identified and are generally not welcome – any posting that appears to recruit people into a pyramid or Ponzi scheme will be removed. (More on business opportunities below.)
  • Harassment, Hate, and Violence:
Ad content must not include or promote hatred, violence, or discrimination. Hate speech is absolutely forbidden. Do not post any content (text, images, or otherwise) that is defamatory, libelous, harassing, or that advocates harm against an individual or group. Any content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any group or person (especially based on attributes like race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin) will be removed. This includes derogatory slurs, epithets, or Nazi propaganda, for example. AdListo is a community marketplace and must be a respectful environment – offensive language or imagery that is likely to shock or disgust without any legitimate context is not allowed. You also may not use the platform to harass or stalk someone – for instance, posting someone’s personal details in an ad as revenge or making an ad targeting someone for abuse. Content that includes threats of violence or encourages others to commit violence is prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement. Likewise, postings that celebrate or glorify violence (e.g., graphic images of brutality with no news context) are not allowed.
  • Terrorism or Illicit Organizations:
Any material that advocates for or provides instruction on carrying out terrorist acts is illegal and banned. You cannot post propaganda or recruitment messages for terrorist organizations, gangs, or other criminal enterprises. Similarly, do not post ads fundraising for entities that are sanctioned or designated as terrorist or criminal organizations. Weapons training ads are allowed only if for legal, recreational, or self-defense purposes taught by certified instructors – anything suggesting training for unlawful violence will be removed.
  • Fraudulent, Deceptive, or Misleading Content:
AdListo prohibits any attempt to defraud users. Your postings must not be deliberately misleading or false. Scams such as get-rich-quick schemes, phishing attempts, or bait-and-switch offers are forbidden. Examples: Ads that promise large financial returns with little effort (“Make $5,000 a week from home easily!”) are likely scams and not allowed. Any posting that collects information under false pretenses (like a fake job ad that’s actually just gathering personal info or fees) is strictly forbidden. We do not allow advance-fee scams, where an ad promises a reward but first asks the user to pay a fee. Also, multi-level marketing (MLM) postings must be honest about the nature of the opportunity – if they appear deceptive or spammy, they will be removed. We do not permit pyramid schemes or any business model defined as unlawful in the U.S. or Canada. As a user, be wary of any ad that sounds too good to be true; as a poster, do not engage in posting such content. Misrepresenting what you’re selling is fraud. For instance, posting a photo of an authentic item but delivering a fake, or claiming something is new when it’s used – these are deceitful practices and violate this Policy (not to mention consumer protection laws). All claims in your ad must be truthful and not misleading, and any required disclosures (such as whether a product is refurbished, or if a rental price has conditions) should be clearly included. Both U.S. and Canadian law forbid false advertising – ads must be truthful and fair ftc.govcompetition-bureau.canada.ca. If your listing includes any guarantees or warranties, you must be in a position to honor them; otherwise do not advertise them.
  • Spam and Duplicate Content:
We aim to keep AdListo useful and clutter-free. Do not spam the platform with repetitive content. You may not post the same ad (or very similar ads) multiple times in multiple categories or locations. For example, posting the identical car listing in every city or in unrelated categories is not allowed. Choose the single most relevant category and geographic area for your item or service. If you have multiple similar items, consider combining them into one listing or ensuring each post is distinctly different. Mass postings or using automated tools to post a high volume of ads is forbidden without our explicit permission. Additionally, your post content should not contain irrelevant keywords or keyword stuffing in an attempt to manipulate search results. Write clear, relevant titles and descriptions – do not load them with popular keywords that have nothing to do with your item just to get attention. Posts consisting mostly of keywords, repeated phrases, or gibberish will be removed as spam. Chain letters, unsolicited promotional messages, or referral links that don’t pertain to a legitimate item/service you personally offer are not allowed. Any posts primarily aimed at driving traffic to an external website (affiliate marketing, clickbait) rather than offering a genuine item or service on AdListo are considered spam and will be removed. For example, you cannot make a post that just says “Huge discounts on electronics, visit www.somespamsite.com for deals!” – this is not a real classified ad but rather advertising a third-party site, and it’s not permitted. We reserve the right to block any content or accounts that are flagged for spamming or malicious posting.
  • Malware, Phishing, and Security Risks:
Posts may not contain malicious code, viruses, or malware. Obviously, our text fields shouldn’t allow code execution, but this also means you should not include links to sites that are known to be malicious or that attempt to phish user credentials. Do not post any content that could compromise the security of other users or the platform. For instance, you must not distribute software or files in your ads that could be harmful. If you link out (for example, to an image hosted off-site or a more detailed description on your own website), ensure your link is safe and secure. We may remove posts containing suspicious links.
  • Personal Data and Privacy Violations:
As noted earlier, you cannot post other people’s personal information without consent. Doxing (revealing someone’s private info to harass them) is forbidden. Also, offering to sell databases of personal information (emails, phone numbers, etc.) is not allowed – that likely violates privacy laws and is unethical. Likewise, ads offering surveillance equipment intended for illicit spying (like hidden cameras that record without consent) may be disallowed. While some nanny cams or security cams are legal to sell, any device primarily meant for secret recording could be problematic. We reserve the right to remove such listings if they pose privacy concerns.
  • Recalled or Unsafe Items:
Do not sell products that have been recalled
by government or regulatory agencies for safety reasons. Selling recalled items is unlawful in many cases cpsc.gov. Before posting an item (especially baby products, electronics, vehicles), verify it’s not subject to any active safety recall. For example, many cribs, car seats, toys, and appliances might be recalled due to safety defects – you cannot list these unless the defect has been fixed as per recall instructions and you clearly disclose it. If you have fixed a recalled item according to an official remedy, you may then sell it with disclosure of the fix cpsc.gov. However, if not, it should not be sold. Additionally, items that do not meet safety standards (like children’s toys containing lead, or non-CSA/UL-approved electrical equipment if required) should not be posted. If an item has a known serious safety issue (even if not officially recalled yet), we may remove it to protect users.
  • Animals and Pets:
While AdListo allows pet listings (e.g., pets for sale or adoption) in our Pets category, there are important restrictions: You must follow all local laws regarding pet sales. Many regions have rules such as: no selling pets under a certain age (often puppies/kittens under 8 weeks old cannot be sold), mandatory health checks or vaccinations, and breeder licensing. You are responsible for complying with these. No animal cruelty: obviously you cannot post anything suggesting animal abuse or animal fighting. No endangered species (as stated above). No invasive or illegal species. Also, we encourage using our platform for rehoming pets responsibly, not for running puppy mills or mass breeding operations. We may at our discretion limit the number of pet ads from a single user to prevent commercial breeding without a license. Finally, you cannot offer veterinary drugs or anything that amounts to practicing veterinary medicine without a license.
  • Financial Items and Services:
Some financial instruments are restricted. You cannot sell stocks, bonds, or securities via AdListo. You also may not offer loans, credit repair, or insurance services unless you are properly licensed and comply with all regulations (and even then, such posts might be limited to certain categories or require pre-approval). Cryptocurrency sales: We currently disallow posts specifically selling cryptocurrencies or promoting cryptocurrency investment schemes, as these can be high-risk and attract fraud (however, selling physical mining equipment is allowed). Bank accounts, credit cards, or financial account logins cannot be sold. Additionally, any ad promising “get rich quick” investments or high-return schemes will be treated as suspicious/fraudulent and likely removed.
  • Tickets and Event Passes:
The resale of tickets (concerts, sports, etc.) is subject to local laws – some jurisdictions cap resale prices or ban scalping. If you post tickets for sale, you must abide by applicable laws (e.g., not exceeding face value where illegal to do so). We do not allow the sale of fake or duplicate tickets. Users should exercise caution and ensure validity. If we receive complaints or credible evidence that someone is selling counterfeit tickets or violating scalping laws, we will remove those listings and possibly ban the seller.

This list covers many common prohibitions but is not exhaustive. AdListo reserves the right to remove any posting that we believe is harmful, offensive, or otherwise contrary to the spirit of this Policy, even if it’s not explicitly listed here. If your posting could feasibly cause harm or legal issues, don’t post it. When in doubt, consult our support team for clarification before posting.

Prohibited Content and Conduct
In addition to specific items and services that are banned, AdListo imposes rules on how you conduct yourself on our platform and what you say in your listings. The following types of content and behaviors are not allowed in any posts, messages, or user communications on AdListo:

  • Discrimination and Hate Speech:
As noted, we do not tolerate hate speech or discriminatory content. This means you cannot make any discriminatory preferences explicit or implicit in your ads. For housing and employment ads especially, this is not just our policy but the law – the U.S. Fair Housing Act and Canadian human rights laws prohibit discriminatory advertisements. For example, in housing listings, you cannot state preferences like “no children,” “ideal for single professionals,” “Christians only,” etc., as these indicate discrimination based on family status, age, religion or other protected characteristics. Similarly, job postings cannot say things like “seeking young male sales associate” – that would be discriminatory based on age and sex. You must focus on the property or job, not the type of person you do or don’t want. AdListo will remove any ad that violates fair housing or equal employment laws. It is unlawful to publish an advertisement expressing any limitation or preference based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, etc., in housing. Canada’s laws likewise forbid ads that indicate discrimination in housing, employment, or services competition-bureau.canada.ca. We strictly enforce this: if your ad contains language that is exclusionary or hints at a protected trait, it will be edited or removed. Keep your ads welcoming and focused on the item or service, not who you think is “ideal” for it (which could inadvertently be discriminatory). For example, instead of “Apartment perfect for a single person or couple without kids,” simply describe the apartment’s features (size, 1-bedroom, etc.) and let renters decide if it suits them.
  • Harassment and Bullying:
You may not harass other users through your postings or messages. This includes name-calling, personal attacks, or encouraging others to target someone. For instance, posting an ad with someone’s photo and mocking them, or an ad intended to insult a buyer or seller publicly, is prohibited. If you have a dispute with another user, handle it civilly and through proper channels – do not retaliate by posting harassment. Cyberbullying of any kind is not allowed on AdListo. If you receive harassing messages from someone, report them to us; do not engage in return harassment.
  • Threats and Incitement:
You must not threaten anyone with violence or property damage, etc., in your content. Even if you feel wronged in a transaction, never use AdListo to post threats. Also, do not post content that incites others to violence or illegal actions. For example, an ad or discussion encouraging people to riot, to vandalize a place, or to harm a person or group is strictly forbidden and likely illegal.
  • Graphic or Disturbing Content:
Avoid posting graphic images or descriptions of violence, gore, or death, unless absolutely necessary and with a legitimate context (e.g., selling a hunting rifle might involve a description, but no need to show graphic hunting photos). Generally, images in your listings should be of the item or service, and not graphic or offensive. We do not allow shock content meant to disgust or scare. If you’re selling meat from a hunt (where legal), don’t post the graphic carcass image – that’s not appropriate. No torture or snuff content whatsoever.
  • Obscenity and Profanity:
Keep language professional and appropriate. Do not use excessive profanity in your listings. A light use of a common swear word out of frustration is one thing, but repeated vulgar language, sexually explicit descriptions, or obscenities will lead to removal. Content that is obscene (extremely offensive by community standards) is not permitted. This overlaps with the ban on pornographic content – basically, if something would offend the average person or is explicit, it doesn’t belong on AdListo.
  • False Information and Deception:
You are not allowed to post false or knowingly misleading information. This bears repeating because it’s both a policy and a legal matter: False advertising is illegal (15 U.S.C. §52 in the U.S. makes it unlawful to disseminate any false advertisement and the Competition Bureau in Canada similarly forbids false or misleading marketing competition-bureau.canada.ca). Ensure that everything you claim about your item or service is accurate and that you can substantiate it if needed ftc.gov. Do not manipulate photos (beyond minor color corrections) to misrepresent an item’s condition (e.g., photoshopping out damage). Do not claim an item is new if it’s used, or authentic if it’s counterfeit. If you’re posting a job, don’t lie about the nature of the job or the compensation. Honesty is essential. We reserve the right to ask for verification or proof of certain claims (especially big-ticket items or branded goods) and to remove the ad if such proof cannot be provided or if the ad seems fraudulent.
  • External Links and Third-Party Advertising:
We allow including a link in your ad if it provides additional helpful information (for instance, a link to your business website for a services ad, or an online portfolio for a creative service). However, the primary purpose of the ad must not be to drive traffic to an external site. If your ad essentially says “visit my website for more,” with minimal info on AdListo, we consider that an off-platform advertisement and may remove it. Also, the external site must not violate any AdListo policies (e.g., it should not lead to porn, scams, or downloads). Affiliate marketing ads (where you post just to get clicks on referral links) are strictly prohibited. Any URL you include should be directly relevant to the item/service you’re offering and ideally be a reputable site. We may remove or disable hyperlinks that we suspect are unsafe or irrelevant.
  • Affiliate / Referral Schemes:
As mentioned, don’t use AdListo to promote affiliate links or referral codes. Posts that say “Sign up on this platform using my code to get X” or similar are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in a certain category (at present, they are not). Similarly, “network marketing” recruiting posts need to be transparent and typically belong in employment if at all – but most users find them spammy, so we scrutinize them. If you’re recruiting for an MLM, ensure your post is honest about the nature of the work and not making unrealistic income claims.
  • Political Ads and Solicitations:
Non-commercial postings like political or religious messages should generally go in the appropriate community forums (if available) rather than classified sections. We allow community discussion postings in designated areas, but even there, hate speech and harassment rules apply. Political ads must not contain false information (e.g., election misinformation) and must adhere to any election advertising laws. Soliciting donations for political or charitable causes is only allowed if you are an authorized representative of that cause and you comply with local fundraising laws (and post in a relevant category such as “Community – Volunteers” or “Community – Local News & Events”). We may remove posts that we cannot verify as legitimate fundraising.
  • Message and Communication Conduct:
This Policy also extends to messages you send through our platform’s messaging system. If you use AdListo’s contact forms or messaging to communicate with other users, you must not send them harassing, abusive, or spam messages. Don’t continue to contact someone if they have asked you to stop. Do not send mass unsolicited messages to multiple users with the same content (that’s spam). Using AdListo’s email relay to send advertising or scams to our users is prohibited and could result in account termination.

In summary, behave professionally and respectfully. Treat others as you would want to be treated. Keep your postings focused on legitimate transactions and avoid any content or behavior that could harm, deceive, or offend others. Violations of these content rules may result in immediate removal of your content and potential suspension of your account, as detailed below.

Category-Specific Rules and Additional Guidelines
Different categories on AdListo (Communities, Items, Jobs, Pets, Real Estate, Services, Vehicles, etc.) may have additional guidelines or best practices. By posting in a category, you agree to follow any category-specific rules. Below are some important notes for certain categories:

1. Jobs and Employment:
Job listings must comply with all labor and employment laws. This means no discriminatory language (as discussed – you cannot specify protected characteristics for applicants). Additionally, job ads should be for real, legitimate employment opportunities. Do not post “jobs” that are actually schemes or require up-front payments from applicants. It is against our policy (and often illegal) to charge job seekers fees for the promise of a job. If your opportunity requires purchase of a kit or upfront investment, you must state it clearly (though such posts may be viewed skeptically by our team). No multi-level marketing recruitment under “Jobs” unless clearly labeled and not misleading; even then, we reserve the right to remove MLM postings if they generate complaints. The job description should clearly state the role, responsibilities, location (or if remote), and compensation (or at least a range or “to be discussed”). Misrepresenting a job’s compensation or nature is a form of false advertising. Also, certain jobs (like working with vulnerable people) might need a license or certification – mention any required credentials, and obviously, don’t offer jobs that would entail illegal activity. Home-based business opportunities should go in the proper category (often under Business or Services) and must not be scams. Finally, respect privacy in job ads – do not ask for excessive personal information in the ad itself (like asking applicants to submit social security numbers or bank info at the ad stage – initial contact should be résumé and basic info only).

2. Housing and Real Estate:
As covered, housing ads must follow Fair Housing laws (U.S.) and Human Rights Codes (Canada). This means no discriminatory statements regarding who may or may not apply. Describe the property, not the preferred tenant or buyer. Prohibited phrases include (but are not limited to): “no kids,” “suitable for a single professional,” “Christians preferred,” “ideal for Asians,” “not wheelchair accessible” (unless factually the property is inaccessible, you can state features like “on second floor, no elevator” but not “no disabled people”). In the U.S., mentioning a preference for or against any protected class is illegal. In Canada, protected grounds can include source of income, family status, etc., as well as the usual categories, so be mindful. If you’re unsure, just list the property specs and leave out any mention of who you think should live there. Rent amount, deposit, and any conditions (e.g., pet policies) should be stated truthfully. You also cannot lie about availability to steer people away (e.g., telling someone “it’s taken” because of their race – besides being morally wrong, testers could catch you and you’d face legal trouble). On AdListo, if we discover discriminatory behavior from housing posters, we will ban them. Additionally, make sure you have the right to post the property (brokers/agents should identify themselves as such). Unlicensed sublets or assignments should follow local law (some places require landlord permission to sublet; illegal sublets are not allowed). No fake listings intended to collect personal data (a known scam: posting attractive apartments for below-market rent to get lots of applications with personal info – we watch for this). Always provide a legitimate way to contact you and show the property.

3. Services:
The Services category is broad (e.g., tutors, handymen, cleaners, freelance professionals, etc.), but remember that any service that requires a professional license (electricians, plumbers, lawyers, doctors, real estate agents, etc.) should only be offered if you indeed have that license. It’s your responsibility to comply with any licensing laws. If we receive complaints or if it’s obvious you’re advertising a service that you’re not qualified for (like offering legal advice and calling yourself an attorney when you’re not), we will remove the ad. Health and wellness services (massage, therapy, counseling) must also follow licensing rules. Erotic or sensual massage ads are not allowed (that falls under sexual services which we ban). Financial services (like loans, insurance, tax prep) similarly require proper credentials and compliance with regulations; plus, they must not be predatory or fraudulent. Tutoring or lessons are fine, but be honest about your credentials (don’t claim to be a certified teacher if you’re not). Home improvement services should not be posted if you’re aware that local law requires you to have a contractor’s license and you don’t have one. As a consumer protection: many jurisdictions require contractors above a certain job size to be licensed. Users should verify providers’ credentials, but as a provider, you shouldn’t advertise illegally. AdListo might ask you to show proof of certain licenses if your ad is in a sensitive service area.

4. Vehicles:
When posting a vehicle (car, motorcycle, boat, etc.), you must provide accurate information about the make, model, year, mileage, and condition. Do not tamper with odometers – rolling back an odometer is illegal and advertising a falsified mileage is fraud. You should only post vehicles that you own or are authorized to sell (for example, a dealer can post their inventory, but a private seller should not post someone else’s car). If the vehicle has a salvage title or any significant issues, disclose them. Hiding major accidents or title issues is both unethical and could be unlawful. Many states/provinces have laws against odometer fraud and require informing buyers of salvage title – failing to do so in your ad could violate consumer laws. No stolen vehicles or parts (obviously). Also, vehicle parts: you may sell parts, but ensure they’re not subject to recall or banned (e.g., certain airbags were recalled; selling them might be illegal). For safety, don’t sell used car seats (child safety seats) if they’ve been in accidents or are expired – that’s dangerous and often illegal to resell due to safety standards. Emissions equipment: In some places it’s illegal to sell a vehicle without proper emissions control; likewise selling defeat devices (like equipment to bypass emissions) is illegal. Do not post those. VIN numbers – for vehicles, we encourage including the VIN in your ad so buyers can check history, but do not post a fake VIN or hide the identity of the car. If a buyer asks for it, you should provide it.

5. Pets/Animals:
We touched on this in prohibited items, but to reiterate category-specific expectations: Pet listings should be placed in Pets category. Clearly state whether the animal is for sale or adoption, the breed, age, health/vaccination status, and any adoption fee. No animal should be sold under the minimum age allowed (usually 8 weeks for puppies/kittens) – early separation is harmful and often illegal. Do not post wild animals as pets if that’s not legal (e.g., posting a raccoon or owl for sale – illegal). If you’re rehoming a pet, charging a reasonable rehoming fee is allowed (to ensure a serious adopter), but exorbitant fees or selling rescued animals for profit is frowned upon. We may investigate posts asking unusually high prices for common breeds (to ensure it’s not a scam or mill). Stud services or breeding ads may be allowed if lawful and in Pets category, but these must not contribute to animal cruelty. Any language indicating dog fighting, animal cruelty, etc., will be removed and reported.

6. Community and Personal:
AdListo may have a Community section for local news, events, groups, and personal ads. Personal relationship ads (platonic or romantic) might be permitted only if they are clean, respectful, and not sexual in nature. As mentioned, we do not allow any form of sexual solicitation. So a personal ad like “Looking to meet new friends to go hiking” is fine; “Looking for a discreet affair, generous man seeks…” is not (that’s veering into sexual/possibly escort territory). Community event postings should be real events. No fake events or false alerts. If you post about a local charity event, ensure the details are accurate to not mislead people. Lost & Found ads are welcome for lost pets or items – just be honest and as detailed as possible.

7. Advertise on AdListo:
If you are looking to advertise your business on AdListo beyond a normal classified ad (e.g., banner ads, sponsored listings), please refer to our “Advertise on AdListo” page or contact our sales team. The Posting Policy primarily governs free user-generated listings, not formal paid advertisements. However, any paid ads must also not violate the content standards here (no illegal content, etc.). We reserve the right to reject any advertising that contravenes our policies or community standards.

These category-specific notes are provided to clarify common issues, but they do not cover every scenario. Always use common sense and when posting in any category, ask: “Does this content follow AdListo’s rules and the law?” If yes, you should be in the clear. If not, adjust it or don’t post it.

Intellectual Property Rights and DMCA

Respect for intellectual property is critical on AdListo. Do not post content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or publicity rights. This rule covers both the items/services you offer and the media and text in your listing. For example, you should not list pirated software (as mentioned), and you also shouldn’t use a photograph you found on Google that you don’t have rights to. Use your own images or those you have permission to use (for instance, a manufacturer’s photo if they allow it). If you use someone else’s image or description without permission, they could file an IP infringement notice and your content will be removed.

Copyright:
If you believe that content on AdListo infringes your copyright (for instance, someone copied your written description or is selling pirated copies of your creative work), you (or your agent) can submit a DMCA takedown notice to us. AdListo complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in the U.S. and similar copyright laws in Canada. We will promptly remove or disable access to content that is claimed to be infringing, once proper notice is received, and will notify the poster so they can file a counter-notice if applicable. To file a notice, please email support@adlisto.com or use our contact form with the subject “DMCA Notice” and include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work or works allegedly infringed, (2) identification of the content on our site that you claim is infringing (with URL or ad ID), (3) your contact info, (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized agent, and (6) your signature (physical or electronic). We suggest consulting legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. §512 for the full requirements of a DMCA notice.

Counter-Notices:
If your posting was removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe it was wrongfully taken down (e.g., it is your own work or you have permission), you may send us a counter-notice with the required information under the DMCA. If it meets the requirements, we may restore your content unless the original complainant files a court action within the required timeframe.

Repeat Infringers:
AdListo will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. As a general guideline, if a user has multiple valid copyright strikes, their posting privileges will be revoked. We take intellectual property rights seriously, and ask that you do the same. Don’t make AdListo a venue for piracy or infringement, and you won’t have any problems.

Trademarks:
Do not use another’s trademark in a way likely to confuse consumers. For instance, you shouldn’t list a non-brand product and falsely tag it with a famous brand name just to get attention. (E.g., listing a generic phone charger and putting “Apple iPhone Samsung charger” in the title – that’s misleading if not an actual Apple or Samsung product). You can mention a trademark if it’s necessary to describe the item accurately (nominative fair use), such as “Replacement battery compatible with Dell laptops,” but don’t mislead. If a trademark owner complains that your use of their mark is infringing (e.g., you used their logo without permission), we may remove the content.

Patents and Trade Secrets:
These are less commonly an issue in listings, but obviously do not post or sell patented inventions without authorization, and do not disclose anyone’s trade secrets or confidential information via our platform.

User Content License to AdListo:
When you post content on AdListo, you grant AdListo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, modify (for formatting/display purposes), distribute, and display that content in connection with providing our services and promoting our platform. For example, we might crop or resize your photo to display it or use a snippet of your listing in a social media post advertising AdListo’s categories. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, but you agree that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period. Also, if your content has been shared (e.g., another user reposted your ad externally) we can’t control that. We do NOT claim ownership of your content; you retain ownership – just giving us permission to operate with it.

Third-Party Copyright in Images/Descriptions:
If you are a business posting on AdListo and you have a product image or description text provided by a manufacturer or another source, ensure you have the right to use it. Stock photos are generally fine if you have a license. But using, say, a photograph from someone’s blog without permission in your ad is not allowed. It’s best practice (and builds trust) to use your own photos of the actual item.

If you find someone stole your text or photos from your listing, let us know – we do not permit one user to plagiarize another’s content on our platform either, as it degrades uniqueness and could violate copyright. We’ll remove duplicate/reused content if warranted.

Enforcement of Posting Policy
AdListo’s goal is voluntary compliance – we want users to follow these rules on their own. However, we will actively enforce this Policy to protect our community and legal obligations. Here’s what you can expect in terms of enforcement and consequences for violations:

  • Moderation and Takedown:
AdListo reserves the right to remove or modify any posting at any time that we believe violates this Policy or any other agreement or law, or for any other reason at our discretion. We may remove content without prior notice to you, though we often try to notify users and explain the removal, especially for first-time minor issues. For instance, if you posted an ad with a banned item, it will be deleted. If your ad had a minor issue (say, a prohibited phrase but otherwise salvageable), we might edit it or ask you to edit it rather than outright removal – but this is at our discretion. We are not liable for any loss (e.g., missed sale) due to an ad being removed because it violated our policies. We also do not guarantee to monitor everything, but we have systems and user reports that help us catch violations.
  • User Reporting:
We encourage the community to help enforce these rules. If you see content that you suspect violates the Posting Policy or seems illegal/harmful, please report it. There is usually a “Report Ad” or “Flag” function on listings; alternatively, you can contact us at support@adlisto.com with the details (include the ad ID or URL). Our team will review reports and take appropriate action, typically within 24-48 hours or sooner for urgent issues. Reporting is confidential, and the offending user will not know who reported them. Please use reporting responsibly – false reports made in bad faith against competitors, etc., are against our ethos. We rely on our community to help maintain a safe environment so we appreciate your help in flagging troublesome content.
  • Warnings and Notices:
For less severe first-time violations, we might issue you a warning. For example, if you posted something in the wrong category or used a forbidden word but likely didn’t know, we may send an email explaining the issue and ask you to correct it in future postings. We may also temporarily disable your posting ability until you acknowledge the policy. These warnings are meant to educate. Ignoring warnings or repeating the violation will escalate our response.
  • Account Suspension or Ban:
For serious violations or repeat violations, your AdListo account may be suspended or permanently banned. Serious violations include posting illegal content, engaging in fraud, harassing others, or anything that really undermines the safety of the platform. Repeat violations means you’ve been warned or suspended before but keep violating rules. Suspension can be temporary (e.g., a 7-day freeze on your account) or permanent. If your account is suspended, you will be notified when you attempt to log in or via email. During suspension you may not be able to post new ads or may lose access entirely. A permanent ban means you are not welcome to use AdListo going forward – any new accounts you create may be automatically shut down as well. We do not take account bans lightly; we strive to be fair, but protecting the community comes first.
  • Content Filtering:
AdListo employs automated filters to detect certain prohibited content (like particular keywords associated with scams or illegal items). These filters might sometimes block your posting if it triggers them. If you believe your content was mistakenly flagged, you can reach out to support to review it. For instance, the word “escort” might trigger a block – but maybe you were selling an “Escort” brand radar detector, a legitimate product. We can whitelist genuine cases. Please be patient and understand these measures exist to keep bad stuff out.
  • Edits by AdListo:
We reserve the right to edit your listing for minor policy compliance issues instead of removing it, at our discretion. For example, if an otherwise okay housing ad says “no children”, we might remove that phrase and leave the rest of the ad up, since that phrase is not allowed by law. Or if you accidentally posted an email in the ad body and we prefer communications via our system, we might mask it. We will not materially change your offering, just tweak to conform to rules. We do this as a courtesy to keep your ad live, but we’re not obligated to – major issues will lead to removal.
  • Collaboration with Law Enforcement:
If we believe a post violates the law (especially serious criminal laws)
, we may report it to appropriate authorities justice.gc.ca. For example, postings involving child exploitation, trafficking, credible threats of violence, stolen property, or fraud schemes may be forwarded to law enforcement agencies. We will cooperate with official investigations as required by law, including preserving data or providing user information when legally compelled (e.g., via subpoena). Please be aware of this: you have no expectation of immunity if you engage in criminal activity on AdListo. We will work with police or regulators to address serious misuse of our platform. For less serious matters (like someone selling something small illegally), typically law enforcement doesn’t get involved unless it’s part of a larger pattern, but it’s still at our discretion.
  • Liability for Violations:
You are solely responsible for any legal consequences that result from your postings. AdListo merely provides the platform and explicitly disclaims responsibility for user content. If you post something illegal and get sued or prosecuted, that’s on you. By violating our rules, you may also forfeit any protections you might otherwise have under our Terms. For instance, if you violate this Policy, any contract you formed with a buyer could be considered fraudulent or void. Also, note that under U.S. law (Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act) and similar principles, AdListo is not generally liable for user posts; however, if you cause us to face claims (like someone sues us because of something you posted), we may seek to hold you financially responsible for those costs (indemnification as per our Terms of Use).
  • No Refunds for Removed Paid Content:
If you paid for any premium placement or features for a listing that we remove due to your violation of policy, we are typically not obligated to refund those fees (as the fault lies with the policy breach). Each case may be evaluated, but our terms usually state that fees are non-refundable when an ad is removed for violating terms.
  • Appeals:
If you believe we removed your content or suspended your account in error, you may contact support@adlisto.com to appeal. Include any relevant information or clarification. Our team will review and decide, and that decision will be final. We do our best to be fair, but please understand we may not reinstate content that even borderline violates policy – we err on the side of caution. In some cases, we may allow you to correct the issue and repost. For instance, if you were banned for a misunderstanding and you convince us it was an error, we can reinstate. Appeals that just say “I didn’t know, let me back” might get leniency once, but repeated “I didn’t know” excuses will not.
  • Legal Requests:
Separate from user reports, we might receive official takedown requests (for example, court orders or government notices to remove certain content). We will comply with lawful orders and remove content accordingly. If your content is removed due to such an order, we may or may not notify you, depending on the circumstances and legality.

Consequences Summary:
Depending on severity and frequency of the violation, consequences can include: Content removal, warning notification, temporary account suspension, permanent account ban, and/or legal reporting. Our aim is to apply the lightest effective consequence to prevent future issues, but serious violations can jump straight to a ban or reporting. We also maintain internal records of violations. Users who accumulate multiple warnings will face progressively stricter actions.

By using AdListo, you acknowledge and accept that AdListo’s decision on enforcement is final and that we may act in our platform’s best interest to remove any content or user that poses risk. We assume no liability for enforcing or not enforcing in any particular instance – i.e., if something slips by and causes harm, the responsibility lies with the poster, not AdListo (consistent with our Terms and disclaimers). That said, we strive to keep the marketplace safe and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Amendments to the Posting Policy

AdListo may update or modify this Posting Policy at any time as needed to adapt to changing laws, new features, or evolving community standards. If we make significant changes, we will post the updated Policy on our Sites with a new “Last Updated” date, and we may additionally notify users via email or site announcement. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically to ensure your compliance, especially before posting new content. Continuing to use the AdListo platform after changes to the Policy constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should cease posting and inform us so we can consider your feedback (though the policy as updated will still apply to your use unless you stop using the service entirely).

This Policy is effective as of the “Last Updated” date above. Older content on the site is still subject to the most current Policy, so even if you posted something under an old Policy, we will judge it by the current rules (unless that would be grossly unfair and a change in rule is not legally required retroactively – but generally if something is newly prohibited, we will remove it even if posted before the change, with notice).

Contact Information and Questions
If you have any questions or need clarification about this Posting Policy or any specific scenario, please contact our support team. We are here to help you understand and abide by these guidelines. You can reach us via:

  • Email: support@adlisto.com

When contacting support about a Policy question, please provide as much detail as possible (e.g., the ad ID in question, or the text you’re unsure about) so we can assist you efficiently. We aim to respond to inquiries within 2 business days, though response times may vary.

By posting on AdListo, you are also agreeing to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, so you may wish to review those documents for additional information on acceptable use, liability limitations, and dispute resolution. This Posting Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Use by reference, meaning that it has contractual effect. Non-compliance with this Policy is a breach of the Terms of Use and can result in the consequences described therein and above.

Thank you for being a part of the AdListo community. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our marketplace safe, lawful, and enjoyable for everyone. By following this Posting Policy, you contribute to a trustworthy platform where buyers and sellers can connect with confidence. Happy posting!
